    A cute Serendipity novella featuring Dr. Alexa Collins and visitor Luke Thompson. Alexa’s controlling father set high expectations and picked her career path when she was a child. Luke is visiting a friend and has a chance meeting with Alexa in the local town bar, Joe’s. Instant chemistry on the dance floor has them wanting more. Luke shows Alexa how she should be cared for and how to have some fun. He has her questioning some of her life decisions.     Book 4 of Serendipity’s Finest series gives us a novella with all the deliciousness and heat level that will have you craving for more. Dr. Alexa Collins decision to enjoy a night out with her girls leads her to Luke Thompson. What happens next was a little bit naughty and a whole lot of spice in this newest addition that did not disappoint. I love the characters chemistry and their swoon worthy HEA. I can’t wait for more in this definite must read series!

    This was an easy, short read. Alexa was an overworked doctor trying to live up to her father’s expectations. Luke was supposed to be a fun, one night stand. It ended up to be so much more. A different way of life. Alexa learned that there was so much more to life than work and what better partner to learn that with than Luke!

    I love all of Carly’s books but this one definitely needs to be fixed. It’s clear when they updated the series they decided to leave this one as is but it doesn’t match the rest. The characters names are different, what they do for a living. Even the main characters are off, on one page it says he’s 33 and two pages later, it says he’s about to turn 30. In one part his sisters are all younger than him and later in the book, one is older.
