    I finally finished this book after two failed relationships and currently trying to figure out if going back to my ex was the greatest idea thinkinghes changed and wants more with his life but honestly that’s not really my life to control if I want to change my life I have to change myself thank you for this book if you are currently struggle w co dependency or jus learning to be with your own thoughts this is the book for you even if you think it isn’t it is.

    Truly transformative and right on time…this book slapped me awake and confirmed all of the mountains in my life are mainly myself. Very eye opening very clear direction on how to be the best self you can be from the inside out.

    I always told myself that I was not a reader, but I got recommended this book and this is actually the first book that I have ever finished and I absolutely don’t regret this book because it has taught me so much if you’re going through anxiety, depression, self doubt, self sabotageI would strongly encourage you to read this book
